You should be able to print the coupon twice.
This applies to the Bleached and Unbleached Flour. I checked the price of Whole Wheat flour- it was not on sale. I'm not sure about Self-Rising or Bread Flour. This deal will continue through March 9.
I bought two 5 lb bags today and got them for free!

How did your coupon get doubled at Safeway? I don't usually shop there so is there a secret?

It just depends on where you live. Some areas Safeway's double, some do not. I would call your nearest Safeway and ask, or call corporate and ask.
I'm in Northwest WA state, the Pacific Northwest and they do not double where I live.
I've never heard of a Safeway doubling past $1.00.
