Anyway, this is a delicious, sweet dip which hubby and I love. I almost always have some on hand in the summer.
Ingredients:
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 6 oz orange juice concentrate
- 1 ½ Cup milk
- ¼ Cup sour cream
- Mix together pudding, orange juice concentrate and milk.
- Add sour cream and blend.
- Chill overnight.
Notes:
We love this dip best with melons. It's also very good with bananas, grapes, strawberries & blueberries. I don't recommend pineapple - it's an odd combination.
I definitely recommend chilling this overnight. It helps thicken the dip.
It's best with whole milk and full-fat sour cream, but you can do it with skim milk and low-fat sour cream, it just may not be as thick.
Enjoy!

this is a new one to me but see how it could be a hit in my house or in anyones as far as that goes just was wondering was the mix extra thick when done? I mean like pudding thick.
This fruit dip sounds wonderful I think my grand=daughters will love this. Geri
shopannies: The dip isn't quite as thick as pudding. Just a bit thinner than that.
Sounds easy and delicious!

Yum and when you use sugar free pudding, the calories are very low in this.
